Shipping for International Buyers

For international customers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier services and/or international speed post only.

Shipping for Domestic Buyers (Within India)

For buyers within India, we dispatch orders via registered domestic courier services and/or India Post (Speed Post). 

Order Processing Time

1. Orders are typically Delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

2. In case a specific delivery date was agreed upon at the time of purchase, that commitment will be honored.

3. All shipping timelines are subject to courier company and postal service norms.

Responsibility & Liability

SatvaCare is responsible for handing over the consignment to the courier or postal services within the committed time frame (3–5 business days or as agreed). However, we are not liable for any delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of order placement. A confirmation email with shipping details will be sent to your registered email ID once your order is dispatched.
