Refund & Return Policy
At SatvaCare, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our botanical and organic agricultural products, we do not offer returns once the goods have been delivered.
Once your product is received and approved, we will send back the replacement / exchange product to you within 3–5 business days.
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Expired item
In such cases, a replacement will be provided free of cost, subject to stock availability.
Exceptions and Conditions
Please note the following rules apply:

Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original labels, packaging, and seals intact.

Exchanges are only possible if the delivery address is serviceable by our logistics partner.

If your purchase included any free gifts or promotional offers, those must also be returned intact. The refund or exchange will be processed only after receiving all associated items.

If you are opting for a self-shipped return, kindly ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service.

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send the item back to the product manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider or bank — sometimes there is a delay before refunds are officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Only the same item will be exchanged, subject to stock availability.
Please email us at Shasvatcropscience@gmail.com and send the item to the original shipping address mentioned on your invoice.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
